Rick's relentless pursuit of excellence through education keeps him not only current but forward thinking when helping clients realize their dreams. He is passionately devoted to a 5-step planning approach, walking with his clients as they navigate the choppy waters of financial responsibilities, familial duties and life's joys and tragedies. Having lost his father at a young age, this is a charge very close to his heart. 
 
Rick brings over 15 years of experience in the industry, 7 designations (CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®, RICP®, ChSNC®, CLTC®), and a network of experts to every client meeting. His most recent designation, the Chartered Special Needs Consultant, was inspired by his desire to help his clients (known and yet unknown) plan a bright future for their loved one with special needs. Fueled by the love for his own daughter with Down Syndrome, he has been proactively involved in the community, most notably as a founding member of the Ken Anderson Alliance. He continues to participate as an active member of this community, sponsoring events and participating in fund raisers.

Creating plans to leverage retained earnings in a tax efficient way to attract, retain and incentivize key employees, as well as create customized strategies for the owner(s). Additionally, we help with funding buy-sell arrangements, protecting against the loss of key employees, improving retention, creating a succession plan, group benefits, qualified and non-qualified plans. Many of our best clients find 401(k)s insufficient to meet their goals and are looking for tax advantageous alternatives to enhance their balance sheets while positioning themselves for retirement income.
